How to Get Connected
- Download RustDesk for your device using the links below.
- Open/run RustDesk on your computer.
- Find the Your ID and Password fields in the RustDesk window.
- Provide your ID and Password to your BagbyIT technician.
- Keep RustDesk open while your technician is connected.

- Share your RustDesk ID and password only with BagbyIT.
- Do not post your ID or password publicly or send them to anyone you do not trust.
- Closing RustDesk ends the remote session and removes access.
